1.The reception was not there for 1 hour. 2. He didn't accept anything just cash. 3. The room was not vkean with broken wardrobe, shower head. 4. The air-conditioning was not working. 5. There was no TV, no shampoo and soap. Everything was deteriorated.

The host is super nice, we were late for check in but he waited for us till late night and as soon as we arrived very enthusiastically greeted us and gave a lot of helpful info to make our trip memorable. Apartment had nice hall and small but sufficient attached kitchen with microwave, which we used to heat up our food. It was quite as well along with great location, a bit far from old town though but there is a bus stop very close by. Parking is also provided, however the space is quite tight so you have to be very careful to not hit the vehicles on main road but the fact that you have your own parking place in Dubrovnik is a very big plus. The view from the room is best as said in other reviews so you cant beat that!

The locaiton and the view from the balcony was fabulous. We were alloted room no 3, we lietrally could view the entire coast line and the dock, also we got to witness amazing sunsets every evening. Most importantly the host was very informative and helpful, was avaliable and happy to help anytime.

Great location, wonderful views, parking lot, bus stop 2 minutes away takes you direct to the old town in 10 minutes.

Very nice view and cozy room! Very worth for the price :) The owner, zijo, was extremely helpful and friendly! answered all our questions and if anything was wrong, he immediately came to fix it. The location was great, although it was abit of a walk to the old town, the view really makes up for it :) Would come back to stay here again ☺️

The communal balcony is only very small with one chair and table but the view is lovely. The host was very helpful, citymapper doesn’t work in Dubrovnik so I couldn’t have figured out the transport without him he was very helpful with the buses and getting from the airport to the apartment and the bus into town. The property is well located for getting the bus to the old town, and provided you’re fit and able to handle the many many steps you can walk straight down to the marina. Aircon and wifi.

Let’s get this straight. You are paying for the most beautiful view you could possibly wish for. We have stayed in Venice and had a roof top terrace overlooking the canal and this tops that …price tag in Venice over £1500 for 5 days The room was basic but larger than most. Plenty of space for hanging of clothes. Bedside cabinets and fridge freezer in the room Yes your bathroom is opposite your room but it’s 2 steps away with your own key..probably your one at home is further away than this. Hospitality just amazing
