“Lovely modern apartment with garden.”
The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable and had everything we needed. We liked the location as we could walk into the old town as well as to Lapad. Small supermarket around the corner for breakfast items. Enjoyed sitting in the garden, and was visited by the two tortoises. Would love to return again

Beautiful apartment within walking distance of old town (approx 25 mins walk), parking on site, having the use of a garden was lovely. Bellevue beach is only 10 mins walk away and is absolutely stunning. Supermarkets & bakery about 10 mins walk away. Quiet area.

“Worth staying!”
Huge apartment with 2 bathrooms, spacious garden with two turtles, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, even books. Really worth staying, as for the same price we (2 adults+teen) would stay in a tiny hotel room. Perfect location - almost next to Rixos hotel, we walked around Babin kuk and Lapad, old town, mount Srd and cable car reachable by foot. Few little groceries nearby. Taxi to airport one way 30 eur.

The apartment was absolutely perfect and exactly the same as the photos. 20 minute walk to the old town and roughly the same to Lapad. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, shop is less than 5 minute walk with reasonable prices. 2 tortoises walking around the garden who love watermelon and don't seem to be afraid, they walk up to you. The apartment is amazing and could communicate easily with the owner, would highly recommend.

“Great place and location!”
Property was clean, spacious and equipped with all mod-cons. Ivan was on hand if we required anything. Met the garden tortoise which was a delight! Location was half way between Uvala Lapad beach and the old town - both an Uber ride away c€6. Also some local restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby.

“A place you want to stay in!”
The apartment is a modern one with full equipment needed for either short or long stay. The keys were handed over by the owner, Ivan, who is very nice and helpful person. The location is great. It takes up to 5-6 minutes by foot to get to one of the most beautiful beach in Dubrovnik, Bellevue Beach. To the old city, it takes 20 minutes. In the neighborhood, you can find few small markets, a bakery and couple of restaurants. For sure, we will come back :) Thx Ivan!
