Nicolas is a great host and super helpful! The location is right in the heart of the old town, meaning everything is right on your door step. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever come across!

Excellent accommodation with friendly and helpful host Nicholas. Brilliantly clean and comfortable room. Amazing location - right in the centre of the Old Town with a view over the main street Stradun. Hot powerful shower and comfy bed. We loved our stay and wish we were still there!

Nikolas was an excellent host - very helpful, responsive and friendly. The guesthouse is right on the Stradun - the main strip. We could not have asked for a better location, and considering this, the room was very comfortable and pleasant to be in. Two things to be aware of: you must climb stairs to access your room, and the Stradun outside can be noisy at night - but there were earplugs for us to use if we wanted (and generally it wasn't loud enough to bother us). Would absolutely stay again 100%.

Nicholas was mega-helpful, the room was beautifully designed and perfectly located. The view across the main thoroughfare was splendid, yet at night with windows closed there was almost silence in the room. You need to be OK with stairs but we loved this compact but well-equipped little gem.

Location is great, centre of old town. Plenty of restaurants & shops nearby. No stairs leading to the apartment. Host was very friendly & helpful, we got a early check in. We had the room on the 3rd floor, it had a lovely view of the old town. Kettle, mugs and plates provided in room.

Excellent location with easy access to everywhere. As the house is located on the main street of Dubrovnik old town, it can be noisy during late hours (very crowded) but it didn’t bother me much after closing the windows. Room was clean. Check in and check out process was easy and fast. The host was very helpful and quick with answering questions via WhatsApp.

Fab little place right in the heart of the old city. The host Ana gave me lots of information for easy check in and for things to do around Dubrovnik. Clean and modern room, albeit small it had everything you need and was perfect for my stay. Will be staying again.

Very clean and in a perfect location, right on the Main Street of the Old Town, and an added bonus that you didn’t have to go up any steps in the old town to get to the property. Beds were very comfy and the mini fridge was a great added touch to keep drinks cool. Noise didn’t bother us and Ana was so lovely and helpful. Perfect for a young couple!

I am delighted with the wonderful accommodation in the very center of the old town surrounded by beautiful historical buildings on Stradun and the exceptional hospitality of the hosts who are always ready to help. The accommodation is extremely beautiful, tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfortable, the furniture is sufficient for everything, there is a small fridge in the room. The bathroom is small, but very functional. This accommodation and the hosts deserve all recommendations. This was a dream stay.

The location was great: right in the heart of the old town. Although quite compact, the room was well arranged and had everything I needed. The welcome I received from the host was lovely and helpful.

“Great location, beautiful scenery”

We booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport and the driver Maro was very helpful. He dropped us off outside the City Walls as no cars are allowed to enter. We had a short walk to our apartment and were pleasantly greeted by Ana who showed us to our room and explained about the facilities and the attractions in the local area. The compact room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the Old Town, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of interesting Museums telling you about the war and how the City has recovered. The cable car ride is a must, a lovely view over the City and the surrounding area.
