Great, family-owned stay; ideal location, close to old town but not too crowded; super comfortable bed; beautiful patio and the cutest little “guard” dog. I absolutely loved my stay.

Very welcoming and cozy house , the host was really caring and authentic and wanted to make sure that we are pleased with our staying at the apartment. There is parking space near the hotel for 17€ per day and a gas station. There is a bus station nearby (1 minute walking), but we really just walked every time to get to the old town (about 14 minutes ) . If you are looking for hospitality, this is the place for you . We are really thankful for our experience there .

The location is very convenient to the old town (10 mins walk) or the bus stop is right outside so couldn’t be better. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Our hostess was lovely, very helpful and accommodating when our ferry was cancelled and we needed to leave later in the day.

Perfect location, about 15 minutes walk from gate to Old Dubrovnik. The owner was friendly and helpful and provided the most amazing breakfasts on the terrace in the beautiful garden overlooking the sea.

Everything! A short walk from the old town, and even closer to 2 gorgeous swimming spots. The hosts and dog are lovely, we really enjoyed sunny evenings on the veranda. Huge comfortable rooms with great AC during a heatwave, they even provided beach towels and a beach bag for our stay when asked. If we return to Dubrovnik we will absolutely stay again.

A remarkable experience from the kind lady owner.. So friendly and made it feel like home. A beautiful large home that’s been in the family for generations. Good security as you walk past an open family room to get upstairs and also the little dog is on the job! Nice courtyard outside for breakfast which was quite extravagant continental including eggs of your liking. For euro12.50 you would not go elsewhere. Bus stop to go into the Old Town is directly across the road. Don’t stay in old Town as it’s too crazy busy.

The owner was lovely , chatted when she saw you but left you alone when you were inside . The owner lives in the property with you but this didn’t put us off ! Location was outside Dubrovnik old town about 10min walk which was ideal as the old town was mega busy all the time !!

“Amazing house”

The hotel is in a very good location. It is close to one of the most beautiful beaches, Bellevue Beach. The Old Town is also a 15-minute walk away. There is a market near the hotel, and a bus stop is right across from it. The host is very attentive and kind, always ready to help with everything. I will definitely come back.
