The property was huge - there were 6 of us but 4 bedrooms with double beds so we were pleasantly surprised by the size. The pool and the view were gorgeous. Lots of communal areas and options for seating

Although the accommodation was away from Dubrovnik we loved that. It was so so peaceful with the backdrop of the trees, you could really relax away from it all, but be in the centre really quickly. You can walk down which has breathtaking views of the coastline and city, it took energy to do that but was so worth it, I recommend taking swimmers as the last stunning little street down brings you out onto the entrance of the beach where we had a refreshing dip before we got stuck into our day. The house was really comfortable with soap, oil, salt, pepper, tea etc available, this always makes a stay more homely.

Unfortunately, our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The hosts were rather unfriendly, and the welcome felt tense and somewhat aggressive. What surprised us the most and made us feel very uncomfortable, was the presence of surveillance cameras near the pool area, directly overlooking the entire terrace. It’s hard to relax or enjoy time with your family when you feel like you're constantly being watched. Another major issue was the access to the property. There is no clear address that leads directly to the house, which makes it very difficult to order a taxi or get picked up. The city center is also quite far, and taxi rides are expensive, so if you're planning to explore Dubrovnik frequently, it's better to look for accommodation closer to the center. If you value your privacy, convenience, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this might not be the right place for you...

Beautiful 4 double bedroom house - very clean , peaceful and comfortable. The pool was so welcome after a hot day touring Dubrovnic and we loved the outside dining area, looking out over woodland. There is an exceptional restaurant in the village. To get to Dubrovnic old town, we walked 20 minutes down a scenic pathway - quite rocky but stunning views. To come back, we used Uber or a taxi from the rank just outside the Ploce city gate - it was very easy. We loved our stay in Bosanca and would like to return.

The property is perfect, the owners/staff were amazing and great help but it’s just a small bit far away from Dubrovnik old town.

Great find for a large family and they had a laundry machine which was nice. Place is a bit dated but the bedrooms were so beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Loved the air conditioning in every room. Nice kitchen and living room, everything was great.

Very spacious villa, everything as in description, quite village, lovely walks. Friendly family. Always available if needed. Rooms all decorated, to highest standard.

Communication with owners was brilliant, very helpful and informative! Facilities in the property were spot-on! The pool was beautiful, great temperature! It was easy to get to and from the villa via Uber-not too expensive. We had a brilliant time the uber drivers recommended loads of places for us which was fab the restaurant down the road was unreal would 10/10 recommend! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfy and spacious.

Using uber to get from the location back into Dubrovnik was really easy and cheap, was nice being a little further out - meant we could relax and enjoy the villa more. Plenty of space for 8 adults (4 couples) and the facilities served our needs. We enjoyed using the indoor bbq & 'Taverna' room. Terace and pool got the sun for most of the afternoon.

“Beautiful villa away from the hustle of Dubrovnik”

This is a beautiful villa just outside the busy city of Dubrovnik . It's a steep but easy walk down the hill into Dubrovnik and the bus or Uber back is the best option. The pool is a great plunge pool/ children's pool. The restaurant in the village is great. I recommend hiring a car.

it was very big and nice, even for 8 people the property is very big. very clean and almost new with a very luxurious feeling. fully equipped and a great place to live in, I would highly recommend it.
