“Hidden gem”

This little gem is perfectly located to enjoy all the little city has to offer. We could not have been made more welcome, and were given lots of little hints and tips that made our stay very enjoyable. Our room was well appointed, comfortable and peaceful too. It was up some stairs, however fine for us. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the toiletries, replenished water daily and the hairdryer! Breakfast was a leisurely affair with great service. We ate twice in the restaurant because the food, atmosphere and service were second to none.

The location of the hotel was superb - right in the heart of Dubrovnik's old town and the ancient streets, but easy to find. The conversion of the property has been done to a very high standard, with quality fittings and furniture. The large bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and efficient - particulalry Rafaelle, Dinko and Oliver who made us feel like valued guests.

Perfect location for exploring old town Very beautiful property with historic feel but modern amenities. Friendly and very helpful staff all we encountered , offering to help book trips etc and direct us around the town etc. Food was amazing and chef always made efforts to please and manage my gluten allergy. Offered discount on meals if you do eat the property was a nice touch. Very clean hotel, lovely ambience and very welcoming. All staff converse well in English, putting us to shame not able to speak their language. Would definitely return to this hotel, no bad points at all. Hair dryer in the room and all complimentary shampoos etc. comfortable beds and changed towels if needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Boutique House Forty-Four. The hotel has a great location in the heart of the old town, very close to the main street, Stradun. The room was bright, clean, and spacious. The à la carte breakfast was of good quality, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place to anyone who values ​​comfort, convenience, and good service.

We loved our stay, the room was beautiful & little hidden gem in the middle of old town. The restaurant downstairs was great & thankyou to Oliver who looked after us with lovely breakfasts each morning. Thanks to Stan & his team for their wonderful hospitality.

“Memorable”

Breakfast was great. Generous servings. Maybe not suited for a romantic retreat because it is located in the middle of a busy city, and a busy city isn't my idea of romantic, but I didn't go there for that. Stan and the staff were fabulous. You cannot expect quiet in the middle of a medieval town with loads of tourists. No complaints about the vibe. They offered to meet me at the old Pile gate, but I knew my way around already. This would be helpful if you were new to Dubrovnik.

They worked incredibly hard and made sure every guest was happy with their service. The breakfast was so good too. Also, a special thanks to Damir and Stan, who kindly accommodated our room change request and made it possible to include an extra person—my daughter—without any hassle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

“Charming Stay in the Heart of Old Town – Great Staff, but a few small issues”

Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of Dubrovnik's Old Town – just steps away from fantastic bars and restaurants. Staff: Absolutely outstanding service. Special thanks to Oliver, who showed us to our room and explained everything clearly. Luca greeted us warmly at breakfast on our first morning, and Stan was incredibly helpful the next day – even offering to help with bags and charging my battery pack. Breakfast: A real highlight, and included in the price – fresh eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, orange juice, coffee, breads, toast, and spreads. A great start to the day. Room Comfort: The bed was large and very comfortable, and the room featured a quiet balcony. The bathroom was nice overall, though some shower fittings could use an update

Amazing location in central old town and very easy to roll our luggage from one of the two main gate drop off points (no stairs on the way!). Our room was very large with elegant, high quality interior fitout. Excellent airconditioning. Feature stone walls and very high ceiling. Lovely bathroom with full bathtub. French doors opening to our balcony. Super attentive management and courteous staff from start to finish throughout the hotel and restaurant, and even with helping us take our luggage out to our airport transfer pick up point. Everyone was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an excellent dinner there and were treated to our own private candlelit table on the internal balcony for ourselves and our friends. Just wonderful. Breakfast was also delicious. The private balcony off our room was a lovely spot to relax with a glass of wine in the afternoon. Definitely 5 star review, 10/10!!
