Amazing stay in the heart of Dubrovnik! The room is just off Stradun, so you’re right in the middle of everything yet quite enough . Getting to the building is super easy with no stairs, and only a few steps up to the room itself. The space is even better than the photos. It’s beautifully renovated, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience stand out was the host. Gašper was incredibly friendly and warm, quick to respond, very helpful and shared lots of tips and local insights . Thank you, Gašper — we’d absolutely love to come back!

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town yet no steps to navigate on the street. Room was modern, chic and very clean. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful and responded in seconds to any communication. He has a zest for life which stands out! He met us at the city gates, took care of our luggage and gave us many tips for our stay. Unbeatable service!

Exactly like the photos. Fantastic location just off the main street but still nice and quiet. Air con and extra large bed.

“Great clean and comfortable place in the middle of the old town”

It is very central in the old town and it is easy to get too without climbing up the stairs in the town. It was very clean and comfortable had a powerful shower The staff were amazing from picking me up at the airport meeting me at the entrance to the old town showing me around and giving me all the information I needed to get the most out of my trip. They also arranged for me to be dropped back off at the airport as well.

The location was great being inside the old town but not up too many stairs. The room was nicely decorated and bigger than expected. Great hosts - lots of information. They were very helpful with an early check in.

Perfect location, right in old town, 2 minute walk from pile gate and no stairs. Rooms were perfect. Staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Great location in the old town, very clean, comfortable and with great facilities. The owners arranged an airport transfer and then met us at the gates to the Old Town, helped with our luggage and gave us a mini history tour as well. Couldn’t have been more helpful

Lovely and quiet, clean and comfortable. Gasper and Dino were really helpful, and were always helpful, even carried our heavy case up and down the stairs for us. Gasper picked us up from the airport and gave us a lot of information on the history of Dubrovnik, so interesting. The room was a lovley escape from the busy streets. Thanks for a great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at Etal immensely. The location was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. Nice decor and attention to detail. The bed was really comfortable, and there was ample closet space. When we visit Dubrovnik again, we will stay here again. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay. Fantastic location. Room is beautiful with everything you need. It was very luxurious and very comfortable. The host was fantastic - he gave lots of information to help with our trip, he provided me with an EU adapter that I required to plug in my hair items. He went out of his way to be of great help. Thank you. Highly recommend this stay.

The location was superb, right in the centre of old town yet The room was completely sound proofed . The hosts were super and always there on what's app for any queries. The bed was super comfortable and very large.

Amazing property, perfect location and such amazing hosts. Such a warm welcome by the hosts, everything explained properly, great recommendations provided from a tourist perspective. The property is right in the midst of the tourist locations which was so so convenient.

Everything, spotlessly clean & modern, with everything you need for a mini break, the room is bigger than it looks on the photographs, perfect central location just off the main Strada (street) right in the centre of the old town & within the city walls, noise from outside wasn’t an issue at all as the room is soundproof when the windows & shutters are closed. Lovely comfortable king size bed. All the wonderful attractions of this amazing city are within a short walking distance, I wouldn’t advise hiring a car as parking is very expensive.
