Very homely had everything we needed. Our host Ina was so lovely and helpful, gave lots of information about the local area of Lapad and Dubrovnik which we found really helpful. Bus ride to Dubrovnik centre was short walk from the Apartment and was every 15mins until late at night. There is a small bathing area to access the sea opposite the access door to the apartments on the walkway, so we could then can return to sun-beds in apartment grounds overlooking the sea after swimming.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment during our honeymoon this summer. From the moment we arrived, Ina (the host) was very welcoming and thoughtful. There was a fruit basket waiting for us, along with a nice bottle of Croatian wine in the fridge. Ina even left a small gift, fresh flowers, and a lovely card, which we still keep on our bookshelf, and it always put a smile on our faces☺️ The apartment complex is located in a pedestrian area with a great balance between quietness and bars/ restaurants nearby. If you want to go to the Old town, it would be just 15 mins trip by bus, which departs nearby. It was the best decision to live outside the Old town, as it is extremely crowded during the hot season, especially when cruise ships arrive for a stay. So in this location you can relax and enjoy the nature, and easily go to the town, whenever you want. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Sunbathing area is super nice and convenient, so you can relax in a private area after the swim, and enjoy the seaside view. The small rocky beach directly in-front of the entrance is also a big plus, sometimes it can be completely empty, and you can enjoy your swim alone, far from the crowded big beaches. There is also jacuzzi area with a great view, where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing. Ina made our stay very memorable and stress-free, and also helped to arrange transfers from/to the airport. The driver was nice and friendly, even gifted us a small bottle of Rakia😊 We truly enjoyed our time here!

Great stay, excellent location. We were allowed to come earlier and check out late due to the evening flight that we didn't even have to ask for, which I am really grateful to Kresimir. Only for adults, so it was really quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Great stay ! The owner is a very friendly woman. The flat is clean, spacious and it is in an amazing location, close to: the beach, restaurants, bus stop and shops. The bus to Dubrovnik goes very often so no problem to travel there if you want to see the city. There is also a jacuzzi and a terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy privacy. We highly recommended! If we come back to Dubrovnik we will definitely pick this place ! All the best to the owners. ☺️

Very good location Nice and clean Apartment Closed off area with lounge chairs to leave your stuff when going in the sea, ladder to the water opposite of the entrance door Just be aware, the apartments are up a load of stairs on the property if you have a lot of luggage or aren’t mobile. The view from the balcony is breathtaking though!

The view from the apartment and proximity to a beautiful swimming spot and the bottom of the stairs are the selling point. The woman who runs the apartments was lovely and so helpful, providing us with extra tips about getting around Dubrovnik. It’s nice and quiet with only a few apartments in the complex, making it good for couples.

“Great location, adult only, wonderful views”

The views are stunning over the sea. It’s within easy walking distance of everything we needed. Swim in the sea, bus stops and places to dine. Aircon in the room worked well and we had adequate cooking facilities. The room was lovely and spacious. We loved the jacuzzi too. Ena the host was so helpful, greeted us even though it was late on arrival, gave us a map and helpful directions and also let us leave our case in a safe place as we had a late flight home.

We loved the location and being able to walk down to the ocean and have a swim. The views are spectacular of Lapad beach. The spa pool was a welcome cool down. The studio was perfect for our needs and within a short walk to the bustling restaurants. Located close to Tommy supermarket and public transport.

Wonderful location, our room was well equipped with a fabulous balcony overlooking the sea. Our host was fantastic, she let us check in early, gave us lots of information about activities in Dubrovnik, and local information. She also let us check out late as we had a late flight. There was a spa pool and sauna available to guests. Overall a brilliant holiday

The view from the balcony is amazing. The photos do not do it justice. Perfect location with sea swimming literally on the doorstep.

Lovely view from room. Clean and comfortable apartment. Convenient for transport into old city - bus stop few mins walk and bus into old city 15mins. Could lie on sun loungers overlooking bay then just pop down steps below to swim in sea. Lovely bay like a big swimming pool.

Beautiful location with lovely views and so near to the sea shops bars and restaurants. Appartment was very clean and had everything you could need. All facilities were kept in good condition and Ina was very helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. She had left us us one wine and beer tea coffee and there was plenty of extra towels and bedding. It was very peaceful and yet so close to the main area by . We particularly loved the sun terrace with the sunbeds ideally positioned for the sun ,beautiful views and the closeness to the sea for the occasional dip !
