It is a scam, the owner asked me 3+ times when do I arrive and then 10 mn before said he could not host us and proposed to go somewhere else, he sent an adress. As I was riding on my bike towards the meeting point and short on battery, I proposed to meet as planned and discussed. He refused and started to pressure me into cancelling the booking reservation or choose his second address. I did not even had time to check where it was, I was asking for photos and said I could not make my decision with no photos. He started to be pissed off and said I was’not cooperative and said « bye ». At that point I just said if you want to cancel you just can. He was mad and deleted messages from the conversation. I booked another place and have tried to get my money back from Booking since. It is a clear scam, where the guy waits for the last minute to pressure you and then becomes angry at you to pressure you. He says every item possible is available at his place and it’s got it all plus the terrace etc. But not true, I remember i wanted a place to wash clothing, is says it had a washing machine and then by text he said it was 20€ (wtf). It was 19pm, we were left alone with our 2 bikes in Dubrovnik. Fortunately I could afford to book and pay for a second place instead of this in Dubrovnik but it is a very poor experience.

“Awful”
He was very unprofessional. The address on Booking.com is different from the real place. We booked it because it said its right next to the old town, but after the booking he sent a totally different address which was in the old town where we could'nt drive in with 7 motorbikes.. totally fraud! Communication is awful. We had to find something else that night in the next city...

We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment was clean, comfortable and with everything we needed. The location was perfect. The host was kind, responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

A great apartment in an exceptionally convenient location. Everything we needed was within walking distance — sights, shops, restaurants, and the old town. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very easy and enjoyable. The host was extremely friendly, always ready to help, and truly made us feel welcomed. A perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik.

Great location, very spacious, lots of amenities. The owner communicated very well with us throughout the stay, was very accommodating to our every need. Him and his friend helped us carry our bags all the way across town and up multiple flights of stairs. Very grateful!

Very convenient location at the entrance to the old city. The room was small but great if you’re a solo traveller not looking for anything fancy or a view. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was clean.
