“Excellent Stay at Bova Luxury Rooms”

We had a wonderful stay at Bova Luxury Rooms in Dubrovnik and can highly recommend this accommodation. The rooms are beautifully renovated, modern, and extremely comfortable — everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location is another major plus. Situated in Lapad, the property offers a peaceful escape from the busiest tourist crowds of Dubrovnik's Old Town, while still being well connected. The Old Town is easily reachable — you can even walk there if you're in the mood for a pleasant stroll — and there is a bus stop right nearby for quick and convenient transport. Overall, Bova Luxury Rooms offers the perfect balance of comfort, quality, and location. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Dubrovnik.

Super clean . Very good access. Location good but taxi to old town necessary. Uber works well. Road outside is not that busy so no problem sleeping.

I was pleasantly surprised by the host. The service is on great level and customer is most important. The host listens and asks for all opinions. It was really clean and comfortable . Very modern and new .

Fantastic location. Opposite the marina, restaurants close by, buses easily accessible from the road outside or a short walk. Sanja was so welcoming and friendly, available for recommendations, quick to respond to messagers prior. Check in was easy and simple. Beds lovely and comfort, nice and quiet. Highly Recommend.

Good size bedroom and a lovely view. Good location and easy access to the old town.

Size of room, comfort of bed, location, location, location! 200m (max distance) to bus 2a and 6 which take you directly to Old Town. 800-1000m easy walking distance to nice beach for swimming. Excellent choice of restaurants and bars ( at least 5 of them within 150m). Close to marina if you want to take a boat trip to blue cave and other islands. would definitely stay there again instead of hotel. One the best Dalmatian restaurants 100m away….Konoba Blidinje.

“Overall great stay would definitely recommend”

Great location with bus stop just across the road to the old town. Marina is lovely to look out onto and very close to lots of nice restaurants and bars. Room was perfect size and the pool area just outside the gates was great. The little courtyard was lovely to sit at in the morning and at night. Sanja the host and her husband were lovely very welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Hosts were super responsive. The place was in a very good spot just a few minutes away by bus from the Old Town. Very good restaurants, and the like around Bova Rooms, very good tips and recommendations by the Hosts. We would definitely recommend it!

Everything was perfectgood value for money. The host was so welcoming and helpful, and our room was so clean and comfortable. The rooms are in an ideal location that is quiet but still have restaurants nearby and only a quick bus ride into Old Town.

“Fantastic property”

Great toiletries, comfortable beds, great shower, lots of hangers in the wardrobe, good air conditioning, beautiful room, loved the outside space to sit and have a cup of tea in the morning, the wine tasting place next door, great pool, okra restaurant next door has beautiful food, great location with no hustle and bustle and Sanja was great at communicating when something went wrong with the hot water which was fixed very quickly and we were given a lovely bottle of wine. The host was extremely good to deal with. Thankyou for a great stay.

“Couldn’t fault a thing”

I loved everything about my stay, from the warm welcome to the beautiful building that even smelled amazing. The room was spacious, with plenty of tea, coffee, and even chocolates, plus chilled water in the fridge. The shower was stunning, with the best shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used, and the soft, fluffy towels were a delight. The bed was so comfortable, and the view over the marina was absolutely gorgeous.
