“Lovely accommodation and extremely kind and helpful hosts.”

We were 4 adults and had both apartments so we could share the outside area together all the time. The apartments were lovely, very clean and of good quality. The beds were very comfortable. There was full privacy despite the host family living on site and even though the accommodation was on the corner of a road it was private and well contained. Ana, the host was extremely helpful and hospitable. She provided us with advice and little treats. She was attentive to making sure our holiday was good. The pool was lovely and well maintained. The local area had plenty of good restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk away. We had lovely meals everywhere. We walked everywhere, 30 minutes to old town, lovely walks around coast line and port. Buses seemed regular if required.

Fabulous apartments with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. The pool area is beautiful- well thought out with shady areas and a lovely kitchen garden alongside. It's a wonderful sanctuary to come back to after a day in the old town. The best thing though was the wonderful host Ana. She took such good care of us and especially of the children. We can't wait to go back.

“Couldn't have wished for better accommodation or a more perfect host”

Ana is an incredible host. She's helpful, kind and could not do enough for us without being interfering. The apartments are very well kitted out and immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable too. Ana helped with recommendations of restaurants and told us how to best get to where we wanted to visit. She also went above and beyond helping with our son's washing as he'd flown to meet us after another holiday. We were sad to say goodbye, as even though we planned a busy week, we instantly felt very welcome and at home in the apartments. The pool and poolside area were a welcome treat after a hot day of sightseeing. We will be back as there is so much still to see and will recommend the apartments to friends and family. Thanks Ana and family for being so wonderful with us all!

“Should have booked more days!”

The location is great, placed on the best side of Dubrovnik, both Lapad/Babin kuk and Old town are easily accessible from there. The facilities are spotless clean and comfortably sized. The owner, Ana, is one of the sweetest and kindest hosts I've had. She took time to explain everything to us about Dubrovnik, sights and getting around, greeted us every day, morning and evening in her lovely garden office. She was responsive in the matter of minutes and always available and helpful. She even took time to drive us to the port the day we left. Ana, we already miss you. Hopefully, we will come back soon, thank you for everything :)

Localisation is great close to the harbour and quite part of the city and around 30 min walk to the old city or 3 min to the bus stop. Groceries and basically everything what one would need to live is in 5 min walk radius. However the host and the hospitality were amazing and one of a kind.

Ana is an amazing host who really cares about her guests. Her dedication and effort made us feel we felt like visiting our close family. Her advises and recommendations helped us get as most as possible out our stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment was clean, tidy and bed was very comfortable. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing there in a peaceful atmosphere after days full of adventures. Much more than recommend!

First of all, both Ana and her husband are very friendly, hospitable and accomodating! The property is exceptionally well maintained and the facilities were great! My apartment was very clean and rather comfy and the quaint patio area directly adjacent to my apartment with its citrus trees and shrubbery made it all the more pleasant and relaxing. Location is great as it is well situated in a residential and quiet area whilst having the benefit of being within easy walking distance to the main port and central bus station. The old city is very reachable both on foot (about 20 minutes) or a short bus or taxi ride away. All in all, a fantastic place that enhances your stay whilst you explore the beautiful and ancient city and surroundings of Dubrovnik!

Friendly and helpful host. Convenient location with proximity to public transport and shopping. Scenic views all along. Nice place to have as a base and take daily trips to Montenegro and Bosnia, if desired.

First of all the beautiful host Ana who made me so welcome from my late arrival,bringing me food and wine! Ana could not be more helpful. Organising wifi for me, and even driving me to the early ferry. She is just a wonderful person. The lovely apartment was spotless and cosy with every amenity and I loved my courtyard. The location is near the ferry and just a short bus ride to the old dubvrovnik town. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

The host was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. Everything was perfectly clean, it was close to bus stop and port and not too far from the old town- by walk approximately 20 minutes.

“Great”

Great stay! The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need, it even has access to a terrace. Its location is a strong point, close to the old town and the ferries. Ana is an incredible host who goes out of her way to make you feel at home during your stay. She'll advise you on all the different things you want to see. She's ready to help at any time, while giving you your privacy.

“Perfect location and amazing hoster!”

The property is pretty close to everything, you can basically walk to everywhere even to Old Town, which is around 30min walk. However, there are lots of buses stops too. The apt is super cute, clean, cozy, the AC saves the day. Ana is the lady who looks after the guests, I can say I had never been treated so well in my life in any stay. Ana is super lovable, she is always willing to help and she can give great options to what to do in Dubrovnik. The first night when we had arrived, Ana made us some delicious snacks because there was no other place opened to buy food, this level of caring is impressive. I’d say this trip was really worth because we met Ana, everyone should met Ana at least once in their life. Totally recommend this stay and we would come back again.

“Excellent place to stay in Dubrovnik.”

Place was really nice. Light brown stone house, comfortable atmosphere, 1 minute walking to supermarket and harbour (nice for morning stroll). Close to beaches and also to the old town. Really nice owner. She stayed up late to receive us and shared with us all the tips in the morning.

“Fabulous!”

Fabulous apartment. Great location beside the port, easy bus or taxi ride to old town, close enough to walk to Lapad Beach and strip. The host Ana was wonderful...nothing at all was too much trouble. Everything in the apartment was new and everything worked. In close to 40 degree heat, air conditioning was terrific. WiFi also very strong. With a bit of notice Ana found us a parking spot. All the important things covered. Lots of good advice about mosquitoes...not one bite while we were there. Lovely little outdoor area for ourselves to relax and eat or drink. Just loved it!
