Location and views were fantastic. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness in extras made a real difference. Such as the coffee machine with a wide range of pods and a large selection of teas, being British, my wife still brought her own tea bags! Met by Marco who showed us around and gave us lots of useful tips for our visit. Highly recommend. Plan to return.

The property was in a great location, with an amazing and helpful host who truly thought of everything to make our stay exceptional. The space was clean, comfortable, and upon arrival we were welcomed with a local bottle of wine, fresh bread, and some goodies waiting for us—which was incredible after landing after 10 p.m., starving, since all nearby restaurants, airport stalls, and grocery stores were closed at that hour. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The only thing to note is that when you get dropped off with your luggage, make sure to go directly to the pin Marko shares. The alternative route from the bottom involves stairs, so going down is much easier than going up.

The property was great! Clean, modern and very comfortable. It’s well appointed and comes with coffee and some snacks. It is close to Old Town with a great view of the Fort. Marko is an excellent host, he handled everything for us including transfers to and from the airport. Make sure you take one of his tours. Sunset tour was great.

Loved the apartment, Marco was super helpful. There are lot of stairs to the apartment but we started enjoying them as it was a good workout everyday.

“Fantastic place to stay”

This place was fantastic. A short walk to the city wall and a beautiful setting. Really nice place and great host who kept in touch and was helpful.

Amazing location in immediate vicinity of the old town, but distanced enough get some quite time when in Dubrovnik. Marko and his sister even helped us to find a parking spot close by.

Loved apartment clean and well equipped, as we arrived very late in the evening Marko the owner arranged some breakfast options for us for the morning which was very thoughtful. Also being very helpful during our stay with tour options on Dubrovnik. Location is less than 5 min walk to old town. Heaps of cafe and restaurant options. Highly recommend the stay.

“Good to stay, even better for big families or groups”

Spent 2 nights in apartment cava. It was good experiences from first moment. It was easy to connect Marko, he always in touch with us for any need. Rooms were clean and you have everything you need at home. Beaides they leave coffee, tea, wine, breakfast goods and some bread. Overall good. Location is good with some stairs as everywhere.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, exactly the way it looks in the photos. Perfectly clean, spacious and with modern appliances and amenities. We couldn't get enough of the stunning view from the window, overlooking the Lovrijenac Fort. The location was perfect, very calm and cozy but only 5min walk to the Old Town and Pile Harbor. Marko was an amazing host, very friendly and always available, always making sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. He even managed to arrange an early check-in for us at the peak of high season which we really appreciated. We will definitely book again if we're ever back in Dubrovnik!
