“One of the best places we stayed in Europe”

The apartment was superb, the garden in front of beautiful and blooming. Spotless apartment, with all amenities possible. This is a place where you can spend couple of weeks as well without missing home as it is very spacious. The owner(Tomo) is very quick to respond to all our questions and provide clear instructions. Good connectivity to old town, and the ferry dock 10 mins walk. The main bus station and a supermarket is 2 mins walk.

We liked the location being close to the main bus station and large supermarket. We had everything we needed and very clean and the view was great.

Great communication from the Host. The apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed. Location to the Old Town, restaurants, cafes and main bus station was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to our family or friends.

“Dubrovnik will be back!”

Our stay here was just beautiful. Very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we had everything we needed in one apartment. The host was very helpful and recommended places to visit and eat. We did ask for an early check-in as our flight was early, and tommy kindly had the apartment ready and cleaned for us. Lovely time, lovely host, lovely view!

Close to the bus station and a bus stop, great having a washing machine, lovely to sit outside on the outdoor furniture.

“Great stay with amazing view”

The View really ist amazing and location just perfect. Bus stop in Front of the door as well as a little shop. Also Tomo our host was great! Everything was well organized & when we needed a few things, he helped us immediately. The bedroom is a little small and the bathroom has a sloping roof, just be aware of that. We didn't mind and the living room is really spacoius so we just left a few things there.

The property was great, clean and had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. Tomo is an amazing host, always available to help. He let us check in a bit earlier and we also stored our luggage on the day we needed to check out early. I’d recommend Tomo’s place.

“Great location and helpful host”

Our host Tomo was very helpful and responsive. Location is great, few minutes walk from Flixbus station. Also there are some nice restaurants and supermarket nearby. Easy access to the Old Town by bus but there could be some traffic during certain hours. There are cooking kits, utensils, microwave so that we can have our breakfast before heading out. Also there is clothes hanger so we can dry our clothes after laundry. Air conditioning in the living/dining room only but the master room is still cool with the AC if you are not closing the door. We also love the little garden managed by the host - giving us a relaxing vibe.

Absolute beautiful place to stay, loved the apartment, with gorgeous sunsets! Great host and super easy to go to the Old Town from here..

Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was in perfect condition — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All appliances were working flawlessly. The location is excellent: close to the port, the main bus station, and the bus stop to reach the Old Town. A large supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

“Clean, comfortable stay with great host and easy access to Old Town”

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which came with all the essentials. The space was perfect for four adults and very comfortable overall. The house was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located—just a few steps from the bus stop and only a 15-minute ride to the Old Town by bus or Uber. Do note that there are about 40–50 steps to reach the house, which might be something to consider for those with mobility issues. However, it was worth the effort for the peaceful and pleasant setting. The host was extremely responsive and prompt, making communication easy throughout our stay. He also provided great recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we truly appreciated. If you’re looking to avoid the crowds of the Old Town while still staying close by, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

“Fab apartment”

The apartment was superb, very clean and comfortable, well furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for my 4 night stay. The location was good, being handy for the bus station and the port, and with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy bus ride to Old Town and Cavtat and Airport Shuttle bus. Tomo gave easy directions and instructions on keys in lockbox. Thanks for a great experience, I loved every minute of it.

“Lovely comfortable apartment close to everything you need.”

Lovely comfortable apartment within a couple of minutes walk of shops, bus station, restaurants and ferry port. It was so easy to get to the old town (bus 1a and 1b will get you there.) Very powerful shower.

Good location to see Dubrovnik while not staying in the center. Very convenient location if you plan to take a ferry to the Elafiti islands or further to Mljet or Korcula.
