Comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast. Great host. Wonderful sunset views. Walkable to get to old town, but should take a bus to get back. Very clean. Hot tub available.

a nice owner, who can introduce tourism sites to guests. and breakfast is good. He kept our luggage f in his apartment after we have checked out. from the balcony guests can get a very good view

The apartment was spotless, very comfy and the views were just amazing. Also, the jacuzzi was a big plus. Big thanks to Ivo, for being the most attentive, fun and greatest host! We will definitely come back to Dubrovnik and to his apartments. Hvala!

“Fantastic stay. I warmly recommend”
I had a great stay in the Balthazar apartments. All the apartments have balconies with an incredible sea view. Everything is very clean, and coffee and tea are available in the apartment. It’s very quiet. What really makes the difference is the owner's welcome! Ivo makes your stay easy, always in a good mood and available to give advice, tips on the best places to see... The apartment is at 10-minutes walk from the old town. To get that high view, you just have to be prepared to climb the stairs back up. But in any case, there's no real visit to Dubrovnik without going up and down stairs 🤣 I warmly recommend you Balthazar appartments.

Ivo, the host, is probably one of the best in business in the world. I have never met a more helpful and knowledgeable host anywhere. Ivo can be reached by phone 24/7 which gives a traveller a great deal of confidence in a new environment. The view was spectacular and the room was excremely clean. We couldn't have expected more.

“Beautiful Dubdrovnik”
The property is very clean, quite,overlooking old town and Adriatic sea.. The Host Ivo is amazing!! He ‘s very friendly ,kind and helpful.He will look after you while you’re in Dubrovnik/ Crotia. Definitely going back there the next time we visit Dubrovnik

The breakfast was excellent. We had a choice of: cereals, yogurt, bread, cheeses and cool cuts, garden tomatoes, fruit, coffee, tea and juices. It was wonderful how Ivo, the host sat with us at breakfast and explained the ins and outs of Dubrovnik. He had suggestions of what to see and how to get there. We would leave for the day with his phone number in case we had any issues. We felt like family after the first day.
