“Excellent apartment in a great location with the most welcoming host”

The apartment was excellent, a private terrace with a great view over the sea and the fortress, a nice living room with a fully equipped kitchen and spatious and clean bathroom and bedroom. The location is also great, within a 10-15 min walk to the old town but there is also a bar, a supermarket and a bakery like 2 min away, in case you want to grab something to enjoy at the apartment. The host, Antonia, was amazing. She was very welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our stay to the maximum. She was responsive about our special request, she recomended us a good location for the Uber drop-off and she even waited for us there to welcome us and hand over the keys. She also provided a lot of useful tips about things to enjoy in Dubrovnik, where and what tickets to buy. Thank you very much for our experience and for the excellent service!

“A fantastic apartment perfect for exploring the old town with amazing views.”

The view from the terrace and hot tub was stunning - with lots of beautiful plants to look at and it was peaceful and fairly private with great views of the sea, the fort and the mountain behind us to watch people hiking up to the viewpoint. It is well worth staying here just for the hot tub to rest and relax with all the steps in Dubrovnik and perfect for watching the sunset. The terrace had sun early in the morning until sunset with lovely sunbeds to relax on and comfy seats for morning coffee (and the excellent bakery just a minute walk away). The location was perfect - only a 5 minute walk from the Old Town and it only takes 45 minutes to walk up to the viewpoint for sunset (better than paying the 30 Euros for the cable car!). Antonia was very kind checking us in and giving us plenty of information - she lives nearby and was always on hand if needed - kindly letting us store our luggage for the day for our evening flight. The perfect place to stay for a relaxing few days in Dubrovnik!

“Amazing place to stay”

First and most important of all Antonia is a brilliant host, so welcoming and friendly. She was happy to help out on places to visit and eat during our stay and she let us store our luggage until our late flight back. Thanks for the info on the opening night of the summer festival as well! The apartment is absolutely perfect for a couple, clean and modern with everything you need for a city break. The terrace is a real highlight, seating & sungloungers with some shade while the hottub is great after a day of walking round the town. The view down to Fort Lovrijenac and the sea from the terrace is stunning. It's only a 5 minute walk down to the Old Town (few more minutes added on the way back up!), it's a perfect location to get away from the crowd of the Old Town but still be in touching distance of the main sights. The bakery nearby is also well worth visiting to get some breakfast to take back to the terrace. Absolutely value for money, an amazing place to stay in an amazing city. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book here again when we return.

Antonia met us at the kerbside (we arranged an airport transfer through Antonia), was very smooth & easy. very nice modern clean apartment only 10min walk to the city walls. The terrace was fantastic, half shaded, enough to cover 2 loungers, a hot tub with just the right temperature, & the view - amazing (see attached pics), the fortress surrounded by the sea. In addition, a small supermarket, & a great bakery only 2mins walk - perfect for supplies & pastries for breakfast. Very highly recommended.

Antonia and her husband are very pleasant and helpful hosts. They took great care of us. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos. It's spotless, well equipped and has a lovely view! The beds are very comfortable.

Antonia was very helpful upon arrival answering any questions that i had. For the property itself, it is in an elevated position and offers a beautiful view of Fort Lovrijenac. The property had everything i needed and was very clean and comfortable. As long as you are mobile on your feet, it is walking distance to the old town (5 mins), it's an uphill walk going back to the apartment however it is worth it as opposed to paying for taxis.

Location was superb, Beautiful covered terrace with a perfect view to start & end the day overlooking city walls, fort & sea. Literally a 4 minute walk to the Pile Gate and entrance to the 'old town'. A 2 minute walk up the stairs took you to a mini-market & bakers which covered our breakfast & snack needs & dinner if needed. Perfect for a couple.

“Cozy apartment with fantastic view on sea, Lovrijenac fortress and city”

This is a great place to stay for people who want to be away from the noisy historical city but close enough to enjoy it. What sets this place apart from other apartments are the incredible views the private terrace offers on the sea, Lovrijenac fortress and a small part of the historical city (the photos don't really do this view justice, we loved it). The terrace itself is covered by an ivy roof that offers plenty of shade, but those who want to sunbathe can lay down with a towel at the green patch beside it. Great place to just sit down, relax and enjoy. The apartment is well maintained, clean and fairly modern. It is small but cozy; we felt very comfortable and every day after exploring the area we were glad to return. Bed is good, kitchen and bathroom are functional, and airconditioning and WiFi work great. Nearby at 5 minutes walk (if that) at the Zagrebacka street is Bakery Galeta and a Studenac supermarket. The historical city can be reached in a 10 minute walk down the stairs via the Ul. uz Posat (see GoogleMaps), to the Pile Gate entrance. We also took a taxi to the top of the mountain, had lunch and walked down the Mount Srđ Hiking Trail back towards the apartment (be sure to bring water and wear good shoes to walk this fun rocky trail). Finally the host Antonia and her family are wonderful people that were very helpful. Antonia messaged us the day before to meet up at the taxi drop-off point at Zagrebacka 36, and walked us to the nearby apartment. We had everything we needed and were made to feel welcome. All in all this humble apartment went beyond our expectations and we would definitely recommend it.
