“Nice apartment, but help was not available when I needed it the most!”

“A cozy home away from home”

The apartment was tastefully decorated. It was clean and cozy. It is relatively easy to get to considering the geography of the old city of Dubrovnik...less than 30 steps of stairs and about 10 minutes walk from Buza Gate. Kate, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful. Our flight arrival was delayed from 2pm to 8pm due to strong winds in the Dubrovnik airport. She came down to the Buza Gate entrance to meet us and help us with the bags and led our way to the apartment. Champaign and fresh fruits await us in the apartment. What a wonderful way to start our visit! Kate was constantly in touch with us during our trip and gave good recommendations on sights and restaurants. We loved the food at Lady PiPi, the restaurant about 1 minute away from the apartment. On the day we left, Kate was very kind to let us store our bags in the apartment till we were ready to leave for the airport. She also came to bid us goodbye. Staying in the apartment definitely was one of the best memories of our visit to Dubrovnik. I have no reservation to recommend it to my friends and it certainly will be my 1st choice of residence if I come back to Dubrovnik. Thank you, Kate, for everything.

“Lovely apartment in Old Town”

The location was right near Buza Gate so there weren’t many steps to climb to get to the apartment. We were met by the lovely host, Kate, who walked us to the apartment. A welcome bottle of wine was on the table which was a nice surprise. The apartment was very clean and spacious and perfect for our group of 3. To avoid the hundreds of stairs to get down to the main street (Stradun), you can walk out Buza gate and walk outside the city walls to enter via Ploce or Pile Gate (5 min walk). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Apartment Maru Prestige for a stay in Dubrovnik.

We stayed as a family group, two adults and two grown children. The apartment was fantastic and its location was perfect 👌. Our property hostess Kate was so friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and it was very quiet. We hope to get the opportunity to return one day.

Apartment was spacious and had all the amenities. With four adults - two toilets came in handy. Being close to Buza Gate - didn't have too many stairs to negotiate with suitcases, but there were still stairs. Our hostess was lovely. Greeted us very late in the evening after our plane was delayed and explained how everything worked.

Kate met us with the keys and was really friendly, helpful and informative throughout our stay. She'd send directions in advance to minimise the number of stairs we had to climb to get to the accommodation. Dubrovnik is very hilly with lots of steps so this information was really helpful! The location is good with several cafes and restaurant within walking distance. The place is like being at home and is very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

“Perfect”

Great location just inside the old city walls. Which meant you don’t have to carry your luggage up and down 100’s of steps. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Kate was lovely- very helpful and accommodating . I would highly recommend this place

The host was very nice when she came to meet us, there was even a welcome pack . The apartment is big, clean, furnished with style even if the house itself is pretty ancient as it is in the very historic center of the city! Definitely recommended! :)

Very friendly host and provides all information we need in Dubrovnik, the apartment is very clean and beautiful, nice location. Thanks for letting us leave the luggage as our flight is in the evening.
