“Very nice property”
Very nice, clean, cozy apartment. The location is perfect, just on the main street of the old town, very close to all the attractions. The breakfast was based on vouchers, in the café over the street. The breakfast was good, basic style fried eggs /omlette, toast, etc, predefined options but very tasty and sufficient.

When they say it's in Old Town Dubrovnik, please know it is literally right, smack, bang in Old Town Dubrovnik!! We could not believe it and were so pleasantly surprised. Great place to stay with all amenities we could ask for and more! Loved our stay here!

“Very noisy location and basic breakfast.”
The apartment itself is nice and clean. The AC and WiFi worked well. We got the access code to the apartment at check-in time. The property is managed by an agency so the communication is a bit robotic but it works.

amazing apartment. enough for two people to stay. the location was perfect because it is on the main promenade. overlooking the main square and close to everything :) Breakfast was served in the restaurant opposite (vouchers) and there were 3-4 breakfasts to choose from like egg with toast or omelette etc. for me enough. in the restaurant where breakfast was served there was often live music in the evenings so even sitting in the apartment you could be there and enjoy the music :) The apartment was prepared well- coffee, sugar coffee maschine , wine opener , iron, dryer and others - everything you needed - we only bought fabric softener - because there was even a washing machine to freshen up clothes :) contact with the agency was all the time they offered help and answered all my questions. I found out that this agency has a couple of such apartments all over Dubrovnik :) - because the location was in the very center it was loud :) but I guess it's logical - if you want quiet, find something on the outside of the city - we were looking for something in the very center so something for something :) :) you closed the windows and I got a good night's sleep :) in the morning you could hear them cleaning up the trash - but I'm rather glad that they're cleaning 😅 the city is really clean! we arrived in the morning and the apartment was supposed to be available at 3 p.m. - we let them know that we landed and got a message that the apartment was available earlier - it was nice :) our flight was in the evening and check-out was at 10 a.m. - we had the opportunity to leave our bags 1 minute walking from the apartment and not worry about the suitcases for the whole day :) you have to pay a deposit of 100 € I logged in through some of their websites before my arrival and there I had my entire booking and all the information I needed - even where to take out the trash with photos :) door codes etc.

“Not suitable for families”
Our stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik was unfortunately not suitable for families with children. The apartment is located on a main street in the Old Town, which means it is incredibly noisy, especially at night. While we understand that Dubrovnik is a lively city, the noise levels were too much for our kids, who struggled to sleep until the early hours. It’s important for future guests to know that this location is not family-friendly due to the constant noise. The apartment itself is charming, but the noise factor makes it unsuitable for those with young children.

“Superb central location”
Location was central though Fri and Sat night live music across the street went until after midnight, not restful. Great having washing machine, a sachet of powder would be great.
