“View dreams are made of”
This property was simple, yet amazing. Out of old town businesses , but close enough to walk (30 minutes). Has all the basics facilities covered and the hosts were very accommodating stocking the fridge with a few goodies for our arrival. All that aside the view is phenomenal and I recommend staying here. Also amazing beaches just underneath the property. St Jacobs with a bar and restaurant, or further to the south accessible thought the old Belvedere Hotel is an amazing area where you can jump off the rocks.

We have enjoyed our stay in Sveti Jakov aparment. It has a stunning location right above the Sveti Jakov beach and the views are to die for. It is perfect place if you are looking for escaping the city hustle but still want to stay close to the old town. Even though it takes around 20 minutes by walk to the center, you are passing by few mesmerizing bathing places which I highly reccommend to visit. The appartment has very interesting architecture and it makes this place so special. Overall we have very much enjoyed our stay also thanks to Maja, who made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

“Beautiful view, CLEAN, large terrace with split layout.”
The property was 100% spotless and clean. It looked like it had just been built. Not even a seam was off. Cleanliness is of top importance to us so made the experience excellent. The hostess is super and attentive to you if you have needs. She is incredible and will bend over backwards. Note the layout has a huge terrace in center and a split kitchen and bedroom off that terrace (kitchen behind, bedroom to side). So you will spend most of your time on the terrace in large part. It has an excellent view. It’s far enough from the center to be super quiet and tranquil but not too far as to be difficult. You don’t want to stay in the center of Dubrovnik anyway unless you’re 1. young and looking for fun or 2. In a 5 star hotel. Uber ride is about 8-22 euro to center depending on time of day. Some days we walked and other days we Ubered. The center is full of too many tourists and we picked up Covid there for the first time ever in our lives during our stay. That had nothing to do with the house since there were 0 people nearby.

Amazing views of the water and city! We enjoyed eating on the private balcony. It was about a 25-30 minute walk to the old city, but you could also take the bus or taxi/uber. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful (provided bug spray and snacks for us, for example).

Terrase Sea and Old town view is PERFECT! Super love the outdoor vibe kitchen. Very accomodating HOST. If you like peace and quite away from city hassle and bustle, this is the PLACE for you.

“Beautiful, peaceful location in stunning apartment with gorgeous view.”
Really beautiful location with a stunning view. The apartment is really comfortable with everything you need. The terrace is massive and basically an outdoor living room really with a very comfy sofa. The beds were very comfortable and it was all very clean. Maja came in to change the sheets and towels after a few days as well which was really appreciated. We also really liked being able to walk 20 minutes to the old town but leave all the madness at the end of the day for something more peaceful.

“Most beautiful view in Dubrovnik!”
The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, one of the best we’ve seen! It was lovely to sit and watch the sunset, would loved to have stayed longer! Short walk to the old town - easier to walk in and get an Uber back as it’s up a steep hill which can be difficult in the heat! Communication with the host was great, thanks again ☺️

Location is great because of the view from the terrace. It is a long walk to the Old Town but acceptable. The view and closeness to the beach compensates it. The host was very kind, helpful and with very good English.
