About 15 to 20 workers, who looked and sounded Hispanic, were working at the hotel on a Sunday, they arrived in buses and swarmed into the breakfast area, virtually pushing aside me and my family and proceeded to eat all the cooked food. We had to wait while the only member of staff on duty, the receptionist, cooked more food before we could eat, which was accompanied by these people having shouted conversations in Spanish with each other across the dining area. This awful situation was obviously being condoned by the hotel management, and paying guests were not the prime consideration. It's extremely doubtful I will ever use Wyndham hotels again.

“I lost my money”
Book on booking and pay for the accommodation, the receptionist tells me that she didn't see it in her system. that she sent an email canceling the previous reservation and that I had to pay again. I did it because I was tired and they charged me twice for booking and did not return the money

“Pictures are deceiving”
New staff member alone on front desk that wasn't sure how to complete check in. She phoned upstairs for assistance and her colleague didn't arrive for another 10 minutes. So overall a very slow check in at 6pm in the evening and not very professional. The vibe wasn't good.... and the rest wasn't any better unfortunately! The lift was dirty and I got a very obvious strong smell that made me skeptical about undesirable activity. The room pictures are clearly from years ago when the hotel was new, perhaps, so it was disappointing and undoubtedly deceiving. Maintenance and simple touches have not been kept up to date. The security bolt / lock on the door was broken. The floor does not have carpet but was very uneven and lifting in parts. The room didn't feel overly safe, warm or welcoming and certainly didn't live up to an "Executive Suite" standard. Using my own antibacterial wipes I cleaned around upon my arrival. The toilet and shower are together between a closed off door while the sink is literally as you walk into the room either to your left or right! There was hairs in the shower base and floor. My fridge was old, dirty and the power cables for it, the small microwave and the coffee maker were entangled and hanging out over the appliances. I didn't need to use them but I wouldn't have for safety purposes. The AC unit was exceptionally noisy and would give a back fire sound upon cutting out! The water wasn't hot enough in the shower both the evening I arrived and the following morning. There was used shampoo bottle lids left on the shelf over the toilet. My room was directly opposite the lift which usually wouldn't bother me but the hallway seemed very narrow so it was very nearby and I heard alot more activity of people coming and going, some shouting and considering my first impressions upon arrival... I wasn't very relaxed about it.
