Room was dirty, had to get additional towels. Only two bath, 1 hand, and one wash cloth for a two double bed room. Had to go down to desk and get them. Room had smashed in carpet

Internet speed and stability, breakfast options are quite limited (fruits, yoghurts & healthy food) + watery coffee and no real milk offered.

The staff is always Pleasant, mannerly and helpful the. The Hotel is always clean my room is always clean and neat. So what more could you ask for, as I do travel and staying at a hotels a lot. The Embassy id one of the best.

“Disappointing, dissatisfied”
We got there unloaded our stuff and went to go to the pool which was why we rented the room for the night and it was closed for 24 hrs because someone pooped in it was very disappointed it was my daughter’s birthday and she brought a friend ruined her night and we didn’t even stay we left we were there maybe an hr of our stay

“Great location for visiting family and a comfortable holiday stay with a nice breakfast buffet”
The breakfast buffet and omelette bar was very good and the staff was friendly and efficient. I had a mix up between the rate I had booked and the rate that was initially charged but the front desk person handled it with the accounting staff and corrected the problem. She had a great attitude and focused on the customer.
