The reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and had a lounge, chairs and table with great TV options. My room was serviced daily and my biscuit supplies were always replaced daily. Parking was brilliant as it was spacious and plentiful. A few little concerns were dealt with promptly and with a friendly manner. Truly a delightful experience.

“Very comfy, so good, will come back again”
The room was great value for money, incredibly comfortable, close to dining options and had plenty of parking. The bed was so comfortable, but it was the availability of a bath that was the original sell point. After that, it just got better and better

It was clean & comfortable & close to everything I needed. The shower was excellent. Staff were excellent, they allowed me to check-in early. I had room service dinner which was good, very big portion sizes.
