“very bad situation where i didnt expect from booking.com”
the property contact me and said that the apt is not available due to the renew inside the apt. they ask to cancel the reservation but i already paid on 18.04.2024 the property told me that the money is still in the hand of booking.com but i checked my account and the money was take it. so how can have back my money right now ?? who will refound me ?
