I had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-prepared, and the overall environment was peaceful and welcoming.And the best part was that it had two balconies with stunning views of burj khalifa! Mr. Faiz’s hospitality truly stood out — he was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to stay. I will definitely return!

We stayed for a couple of hours, as we were travelling very early in the morning. The host, location and accommodation were excellent. Will definetly revisit.

Faiz helped us with a welcome and showing us around, he couldn't have been more helpful. The unit was fantastic, super comfy bed, great views, balcony and very close to Dubai mall and the Burj. P.s. as Faiz told us, don't forget to switch on the hot water before a shower 🤷‍♀️.

Service was excellent! Faiz, who managed the property, couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. He reached out before our arrival and made sure everything went smoothly with the handover. The location was unbeatable. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall were practically on our doorstep. If that’s the experience you’re after, you really can’t go wrong. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you might need. The real highlight for me was the huge balcony. One opened from the bedroom with a view of the Burj, but the main balcony was simply fantastic, complete with a sofa and a suspended egg chair. When the weather’s not too hot, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and take it all in.

The flat is very spacious, clean, quiet and decorated with attention to detail. The bed is comfortable, multiple pillows to choose from. The two balconies are perfect for relaxing and getting a good view around downtown Dubai. The kitchen is very well equipped. Easy to use washing machine and dishwasher. The bathrooms are spacious and shampoo etc. is provided. The location is perfect, Mall of the Emirates, supermarkets, restaurants within walking distance, just across the street is the entrance to the air-conditioned walkway towards the metro station. Other facilities in the building such as the pool and gym are well maintained. The host and team responded instantly to questions, overall very helpful and efficient communication.

“Awesome stay in Downtown Dubai”

Travelled with a 10 month old so needed the space and facilities to make the trip as easy as possible. So comfortable and well maintained apartment in a prime location for exploring downtown Dubai with everything we needed. Stunning view of the surrounding skyscrapers and the Burj - just wow! Terrace and balcony great for outdoor space. Pool area was immaculate and water such a nice temperature. Hosts were amazing and so accommodating, especially Faiz who stayed up for our late arrival. Loved our trip and highly recommend.

“Amazing stay, convenient location and great service”

We had an amazing stay here, it is located just next to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa (5 min walk), and taxis available just outside the door if needed (Uber/Careem). The terrass is great with very nice views. The service we received via WhatsApp was also top notch, questions answered quickly and advice given to help make our stay great! Would definitely recommend to others and also come back ourselves!
