The views was outstanding! We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the lights on the burj. Having the floor to ceiling windows was amazing to wake up and see the view. Just stunning.

It's impossible to imagine better staycation in Dubai. Everything was perfect! Well furnitured apartment, breathtaking view from the balconies at Burj Khalifa and fontaines. 10 mins walk to Dubai mall! Highly recommended and looking forward our next stay here.

We had a wonderful stay here, even if just for one night. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and offered an absolutely stunning view from the window. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of everything. Faiz welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and even helped with our luggage, which was very thoughtful. Parking is available, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s a very modern and comfortable apartment, perfect for enjoying Dubai. The only minor downside for us was the pillows, but that’s really a matter of personal preference. Everything else was excellent. Highly recommend!

“Beautiful apartment, wonderful location and caring and lovely staff.”
Location is very good . Balcony overlooks Burj Khalifa and fountains . Walking distance to Dubai mall - 5-7 minutes. Grocery store also walking ( but we later had the luxury of delivery services like Noon etc - very handy and affordable) Spacious flat for family of 5 . Facilities, including gaming console( PS5) for family with kids was very useful. Building services were very prompt ( building managed by Emaar ) as we had small issues which were resolved very promptly with onsite team. Staff managing the flat were very prompt and responsive. Faiz was very helpful. He checked us in at 2am in the morning. He gave us very useful tips about local amenities and local delivery apps etc. He was always available on the phone and took all our requests seriously and acted upon them very promptly. We needed linens change and bathroom cleaning etc and he would arrange it very quickly. Mehwish ( owner ) greeted us with sweets and visited us personally, which was very kind of her. She was very courteous and gave us her contact details if we needed anything urgent.

“THE PERFECT APARTMENT”
Faiz from the CAABI welcomed us on our first day and gave us a tour of the fab apartment and took us through the guidelines. The apt was very nice, clean, and filled with everything that you will need during our stay. Not to mention that it has a wonderful view of the Burj and a stone throw away from the Dubai mall, coffee shop and grocery. Lovett here!! 😍
