Staff were very nice and polite, location was fantastic for what I was looking for. Bang smack in the middle of deiras hustle and bustle. Deco was dated (80's) and the bed was a bit too firm for my liking but it was passable. Overall for the price it was alright!!

That receptionists need to improve their behavior. Use only lift, dont use staircase, if you use it you will get bad experience.
