Great stay for Downtown. Very close to Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera and fantastic view over the Fountains. Pick-up Service Airport is very good and the host was very accomodating. Would recommend for a stay in Downtown Dubai.

Location was excellent, view from balcony was amazing, very comfortable bed, large good quality tv with many channels to choose from, well equipped kitchen, some books & games. Overall everything you would need for a comfortable self catering stay in Dubai. I also used the pool which was relaxing and always found a vacant sun bed any time of the day. Any problem at all rest of sure host will rectify it immediately or there is something you would like as an extra that would be dealt with by him. I would stay here again.

“Amazing 4 Week Stay, Great Host.”

The location is prime. 10minute walk to Dubai Mall and easy access to highways to get around to the other key places. The flat itself is amazing for a couple, more than enough space in the living room/kitchen and bedroom. We had cleaning services once a week which really helped out in our 1month stay. The host is great, always ready to help out and very quick replies. Highly recommend this place to solo travellers or couples, definitely somewhere I would consider for New Years as the view off the balcony is beautiful wiith the Burj Khalifa in the corner.

Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made our stay incredibly convenient. To our surprise, there were snacks, bottled water, and even some sweets waiting for us such a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was fully stocked with lovely hygiene products and bath salts, which made us feel truly pampered ^^ The overall experience was exceptional the service and attention to detail were absolutely perfect. Communication with our host, Ash, was also excellent friendly, responsive, and helpful. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this apartment again if we return. Thank you so much!

This property was the highlight of our stay in the UAE! From the very charming hospital host to the fresh fruit, various complementary drinks, quality coffee capsules, chocolates, bathroom amenities, and so much more that we don't want to mention so that the lucky next guest can be as overwhelmed as we were upon entering this unit. The unit's layout, quality and well-appointed furniture, mood lighting, and amazing views of the Buhr fountains are a must when staying in downtown Dubai! The most comfortable bed with crisp, fresh, clean linen and towels. The unit was fresh and spotlessly clean, which added to our appreciation. We arrived long before check-in time and were effortlessly accommodated to leave on time for our desert excursion. Without a doubt, this property would be on top of our list when revisiting Dubai.

Our stay was amazing, apartment was very clean and well equipped, look better then on the pictures. Perfect location, near to fountain and Burj Kalifa. Grocery shop on the other side of the road. Loved the host. Loved the place. It's the best location possible right in the thick of all the action. Dubai mall and a lot of great places are within walking distance. Ashraf is super nice and helpful with every requirement that you have. Could not have asked for a better and more comfortable stay. Also the view from the place is amazing.

Besides a fantastic apartment Ash always takes extra care, walking the extra mile with all the details, starting from having a coffee machine and plenty of capsules, soft drinks, and so on .. a long list of extras.
