One day before my check-in, I received a message from the hotel that they could not accommodate me, because the hotel had technical problems with water. In this regard, the hotel representative told me that I should find another hotel. It was very difficult to do, because there was less than a day left before my arrival in Dubai...

“So bad—very dirty, and the reception staff are extremely unprofessional.”
Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The hotel cancelled my reservation/booking one day before arrival, which left me in a very stressful situation because I had very little time to change my flight plans. Only after I mentioned contacting Dubai Consumer Protection did they suddenly reverse the decision and reinstate the booking. That alone tells you a lot. The reception/front desk was the worst part of this hotel. The attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. One of the reception staff laughed when I asked for a “Do Not Disturb” sign, . On top of that, the room key card stopped working almost every day, and I had to keep going back to the reception to reactivate it. The location is far from everything. Even the nearest metro is on the Green Line, and getting anywhere usually means switching lines multiple times, which wastes a lot of time. Cleanliness was very poor. There were cockroaches, and the room/common areas felt dirty and messy. To be fair, other staff members were polite and respectful—but the reception staff and the overall hygiene standards ruined the stay. My advice: spend a little more and stay somewhere else. It’s not worth the stress.
