⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience. Even after several weeks and multiple reminders, my security deposit has still not been refunded. Communication is slow and unprofessional. I fulfilled all requirements when moving out, yet I have been waiting endlessly for my money. Be careful — getting your deposit back seems to be a real problem here.

Nothing at all rude staff very very raciest and organised its only for people who wont a one night stand unfortunately it sad to see mini Amsterdam at the five you go to the reception at night its like red light district there's no way you can have your family to stay there they use only water to clean the floor no chemicals to clean the floor if one has vomited on the floor they will still use water only no chemicals i won't recommend this to any one the housekeeping takes 2 hours minimum to dilvery your clothes esp the valet people try con you they charge 100 aed to park on government street they think everyone drunk...I wouldn't recommend this place to stay

My check-in was denied before arriving in Dubai, so I had to find another hotel and they still didn't refund my booking, which is crazy to me. I hope I will get my money back soon.

“Perfect price-value ratio”
The apartment was a studio, small but very comfortable with all the basic necessities, located very close to the shopping mall, with a rooftop pool and beach access. Honestly, very good — perfect price-value ratio, I recommend it.
