I had a terrible experience at **Royal Tulip Hotel**. Someone stole money from our room — it was kept in the wardrobe. I immediately complained to the reception, where there were two ladies and one man. Their behavior was very rude and unprofessional. In the morning, I complained again to another lady at the reception. She told me that she would inform the security team and that they would sort it out. I left the hotel for about six hours, and when I came back to check, the security staff said they had not been informed about the issue. They asked me to wait for five minutes, and during that time, the receptionist took her bag and left. I never got my money back. I strongly advise everyone **not to stay at this hotel**, as your money and belongings are **not safe**

Great location with respect to economic restaurants. I never did the breakfast inside the hotel. Room facilities were good. Shadab was a good service person.
