We were looking for a hotel for a week in Dubai for the best possible price, we found this hotel for 500 €. Then we red all reviews, we saw really bad ones, so we were afraid to see the reality:) and prepared for the worst:) We arrived at the hotel around 10 o'clock straight from the airport. They didn't let us in at first and we had to wait until 2 o'clock, so we walked around the area and saw the beach very next to the hotel. Beach was nice. But all shops and bars were abandoned on the beachside so we had to return to the hotel restaurant to wait for the room as it was hot. The advantages of the hotel: * the location is remote, but the taxi connection is very good, it is ~5 km to Burj Khalifa, ~ 6 km to the airport *nearby we found scooter rental places , we went to the most beautiful beaches using them * to other attractions we went by taxi * there is a grocery store nearby, and many restaurants * the hotel staff were all very nice, always smiling and saying hello, there was no problem communicating in English :) * we found kettle, a hairdryer and a fridge in the room, so were very happy to put snacks and drinks cold * sunrise on the roof is wonderful, so wake up and go on the roof:)

“Hotel that owner havent taken care of!”

Really bad hotell, an extremely uncomfortable bed that is impossible to sleep on. Bathroom old and not comfortable. Unclean towels and dirty sheets. This hotel is clearly not funded correctly and is in bad shape. The staff is really helpful and do a very good job however they cant fix the hotels standard. Stay away from this hotell or else you will ruin your vecation.

The rooms are quite old, breakfast not included, expensive for the service provided.

The only positive was the friendly and polite reception and restaurant staff.

Broken bathtub, claimed it on first day and the follow up was inexistant. Staff at front desk were not keeping me informed, neither pro-active. I was offered to change room on second day when I went down to follow up. Poor english and service. Nothing was offered to compensate. I cannot understand how a room in these conditions is even offered.

Inside the room was very bad smell, with very big sound from outside air conditioning.
