Personnel very nice at reception, and the dinner buffet was really good for our family. We decided to stay to perform the Dubaï Marathon, and it was such a nice and easy spot to reach the departure of the race !

Unfortunately the hotel should be 1 star not more a d this is not acceptable when someone do a booking in 3 weeks in advance and after travelling for 8 hours and u wanna check in they tell you we have to put u in a smoking room as by request we asked for non smoking and when we talk to the front office at the reception they tell you sorry this is what we have available if u are not happy we cancel the booking with full refund ! Is it that low level sheraton becomes what a shame !
