A spacious apartment, beautifully and tastefully furnished, with stylish furniture - very cozy, clean, and pleasant. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the air conditioners work perfectly. I haven’t slept as well anywhere else. As a complimentary gesture, you'll find water, coffee, and many other little things that make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment also has all the necessary household items - laundry detergent, shower gels, beach towels, and more. It’s located just a 2-minute walk from Marina Mall, and only 5 minutes from the yacht marina - the excursions from there are amazing, highly recommended. JBR Beach is a 15-minute walk across the bridge. And the most unforgettable part is the view of the Dubai Marina from the balcony - absolutely stunning. A wonderful stay! A special thanks to Silvia for her caring and thoughtful attitude - she treated us like friends or even family. When we arrived, Silvia showed us around the area and kindly offered to drive us to the store so we wouldn't have to carry heavy bags. After we checked out, she even offered to drive us to Abu Dhabi, since we didn’t have a car and a taxi would have been expensive. She always has great recommendations on where to go and is happy to help with any questions. A huge thank you for her genuinely caring approach. Our stay here was amazing, and we’d be happy to come back again.

I stay around JBR regularly, and this was perfect and on the doorstep of everything JBR has to offer. The host Silvia was very welcoming and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again.

We spent whole August 2023 in Dubai. For whole month we booked and stayed exactly in this apartment. That was really excellent decision. Owners Silvia and Criss were so kind and provided full service, even the basket of fruits and water bloks were provided as compliment which was not part of the deal, and were very much appreciated, especially when you arrive early in the morning and tired from the long trip. You arrive hungry and tired and do not need to go out and look for the market to buy eating and drink. So, I want to thank you, Guys and wish you all the best. If we come to Dubai next time, with no doubt and hesitation will approach you for your assets.
