“Family Trip”
My family and I stayed for 5Nights on the 6th Floor & the room was spacious, Clean and everything was working during our stay. Staff at the Reception was Nice including the Lobby man! Loved the swimming pool at the roof top (The water was crystal clear and the Lifeguard was soo sweet to my Son), The Location is near to different shopping malls & the Metro.

The Walls, carpets and curtains were old and really dirty No gym Pool's water was cold( natural temperature with no warming) and not applicable for at least half of a year During our 3 nights stay they didn't even one time clean our room up and even didn't take the garbage! Streets around the hotel are too noisy during the nights and violent voices interrupt sleeping.

“great vacation at great place”
The guy at the reception was super nice and gave me a choice to choose between 2 available rooms, so it was very comfortable stay for my family. The location is great, just in front of the supermarket. The metro station Union and Rigga were in 10min walking from the hotel. Room was spacious, beds are comfortable. Some furniture is old and in the bathroom bath had some moldy places. There was no cockroaches if to compare to other hotels on Deira. Swimming pool area have plenty space for everyone. House keeping guys were super nice and always smiley, refilling water and coffee every day. It was great value for money especially for christmas time in Dubai.
