“A comfortable and memorable stay near JBR”

Very nice location- near JBR and still quite busy but away from the madness. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfy. Completely air conditioned too. The host was very responsive. The building is very secure. The pool is nice and has a good view as well. There is a nice gym and the spa was a bonus. The parking space is handy for those with a rental car (like us). The smart TV with Netflix was a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay. The ambience was pleasant, the apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The balcony view was stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Very pleasant stay in this apartment. The location is excellent, the building is extremely secure, and the apartment is comfortable and well maintained. The hosts are responsive, helpful, and always available when needed. Everything was handled professionally, and the overall experience was very positive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent stay, a true 5-star experience. There was a small issue during the stay, but it was handled very professionally and a satisfactory solution was found. The apartment is comfortable, very well located, in a highly secure building. The hosts are always attentive, and communication is smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this place and we will gladly return, most likely in February.

I was nervous because there weren't many reviews, but it turned out to be one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed in. The apartment is new, clean, spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. It's perfect and a stunning view

“Our stay was nothing short of exceptional!”

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of exceptional! The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed with meticulous attention to detail. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, overlooking the marina harbour and the iconic Palm. I stayed here with my family who were visiting me in Dubai, and the highlight of our experience was truly the service. Nader was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. The day before my mum arrived happened to be Mother’s Day, and after casually mentioning it to Nader, he went above and beyond. He decorated the apartment with balloons and flowers, and also provided fruits, chocolates, and juice upon our arrival. This meant so much to me, as I really wanted to do something special for my mum, and Nader made it even better than I could have imagined. My mum was so happy and touched by the gesture. Throughout our time there, Nader was always available whenever we needed anything. His responsiveness and care made us feel truly looked after. Honestly, I don’t think our stay would have been as memorable without him. From the apartment itself, to the location, the building’s facilities, the value for money, and especially the service, everything was perfect. We loved it so much that we’re even considering buying a similar apartment in the same building! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless stay in Dubai. You won’t be disappointed!
