“Poor customer service especially reception”
After booking online, I indicated check in after midnight. I selected between midnight and 1am. When my guest arrived, they refused to check him in. They claimed the booking had expired.

I have never experienced such poor treatment at a hotel before. The receptionist, Rohit, was shockingly rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. He refused to provide his name at first, spoke in a dismissive and abrasive manner, and made me feel completely unwelcome. Reception is supposed to set the tone for a guest’s experience, but Rohit did the exact opposite. Instead of helping with basic requests, he showed zero courtesy or respect, which is unacceptable for someone in his position. His behavior was not only unhelpful but downright insulting. This hotel seriously needs to review its hiring and training standards—allowing someone like Rohit to represent the front desk damages the reputation of the entire property. I will never return, and I would advise other travelers to think twice before booking here.
