There was an issue with the room which was allocated to me. It was a bit of discomfort to go back and forth to the reception. However, situations like this may occur sometimes. The most important thing was the staff Darlene who managed the situation very professionally and allocated another room. I was a bit frustrated but the way she handled the situation was satisfactory.
