“Excellent Place”

This is my second stay in apartment, we loved the apartment that way came back, amenities, apartment it self, staff and host all perfect. we love to stay again, highly recommended place

Every thing was perfect, very nice apartment its had every thing what we expected. very nice shrouding and all shops, restaurants on walking distance, beach area is amazing. we had pleasant stay. i would love to book the place again

I wanted to share my delight about a remarkable apartment I've come across. It's incredibly stylish and modern, with an immaculate, sparkling interior. The building itself is iconic and exceptionally well-managed. To top it all off, it's situated within a five-star hotel's tower, adding an extra layer of luxury. One standout feature is the private beach, with pristine sand and excellent service that makes every visit special. The building's beachfront location provides the added benefit of being right next to THE WALK, a bustling road brimming with restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, and shisha bars, making it a vibrant hub with everything you need just steps away. Room service was great, offering good food at the best prices compared to Dubai. The hotel building has a wide range of restaurants, especially Zeta on the 77th floor, which offers breath-taking sea and palm views. The building staff were very professional and polite, and the host was friendly and responsive. We had a great stay, and I highly recommend this apartment to other guests.

Very nice and stylish apartment with nice view, clean and well decorated. spacious and cozy apartment. its in address beach resort which is one of best resort in whole Dubai, very central and beach front with great amenities. variety of restaurants, special zeta on 77th floor was amazing with great views. private beach was really nice, pool is beautiful. we were hosted really professionally. serviced very nicely and politely. really enjoyed the stay, love to stay again

A great place to stay. Location perfect with plenty to places to walk too. Hotel facilities were amazing and easily accessible at a cost which was understood before booking. Extremely comfortable and spacious amenities are great, everything is walkable dont need taxi at all. love to stay again, i will highly recommend this place

Address Beach Resort skyscraper is an unforgettable and very beautiful view of Dubai Marina from the 68th floor of this elite house, from where Dubai Marina is visible as in the palm of a very comfortable stay in exquisite luxury apartments, two minutes walk to a private beach where only residents and Address Beach Resort guests can relax, there is a fresh water pool,right by the beach there are a lot of chic restaurants , my favorite was the Asian cuisine restaurant PF Chang's, I highly recommend it! The building itself has well equipped gym, a chic lobby with two restaurants downstairs and a Japanese restaurant on the 77th floor with infinity pool, the apartment has two bathrooms, one with a shower cabin and the other with a large bathroom . The apartment was new , very clean and super comfortable , special thanks to Alan, who showed and explained everything. The elevator to the 47th floor rises in 35 seconds, breathtaking! I would recommend it to everyone

From the moment I walked into the apartment I realised I had made the right choice. The decor was elegant yet inviting, with warm lighting, plush furniture, and relaxing. Checking in was a breeze, and the friendly staff already knew my name as they handed me my room key. My room was spotless and beautifully appointed, with luxurious linens, a comfortable bed, and a breathtaking view overlooking the city. The hotel pool was relaxing , direct access to the beach and was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The host was outstanding, with an attentive detailed service. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to provide my family with a peaceful and enjoyable stay in the heart of the city. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can't wait for a chance to return to this great location.

“Great place for holidays”

Great place with high end finish. Apartment is really nice with modern look. Everything was brand new in apartment. I pool, beach, restaurants are nice. On on the walk Jen and all restaurants cafes, shops and bars are steps away. Hosting company was really nice and friendly We really enjoyed the stay

Apartment is amazing, very clean and modern, everything is new in apartment. Very good taste of interior. Private sandy beach and pool are beautiful and I really enjoyed it. Top floor zeta restaurant have breathtaking views with great food. Room service is really good and I really enjoyed it. Every thing is on walking distance with great choices of restaurants and shops. Staff and host are really polite and friendly. Can’t wait to stay again

Apartment is very stylish, luxury and clean. Newly high end renovated, very well equipped and comfortable apartment. Pool and beach very nice. 24/7 room service was great. Address resort is amazing full of amenities, restaurants, bars, cafes, beach, pools were great. Staff is very nice.
