I recently stayed at the newly renovated one-bedroom apartment D2-1215, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach, which made it very convenient for enjoying the sun and sea. For the price, the standard of the apartment is quite reasonable. It’s not the most luxurious option out there, but it offers good value for money. The space was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. Communication with the host was excellent. She was very responsive to emails and accommodating to our needs. We asked to extend our stay by two hours after the check-out time, and she agreed without any issues, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. If you’re looking for an affordable, well-located place near the beach, this apartment is a good choice. We would recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly option.

The apartment is in an excellent location, just a ten-minute walk from the free public beach and a five to six-minute walk from the metro station. Just five minutes away from the stunning Dubai Marina Promenade. Several shops are also just a few minutes away from the accommodation. The building has a guard, ensuring a safe environment for all residents. Additionally, there is a swimming pool and a gym available, providing great recreation opportunities, although January might not be warm enough for swimming in the pool. Do keep in mind that the building next door is still under construction; while it's not overly noisy, you may hear some sounds. Adjacent to the building, there is a fast-food restaurant that offers excellent food at reasonable prices, with very good service. Now, a little about the apartment itself: entry is straightforward, without the hassle of coordinating with the host. The apartment is spacious, though there is limited storage for clothes. The double bed is exceptionally comfortable, and as a welcome gesture, water, coffee, and tea are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, but please note that the tap water is not suitable for drinking. The host is very kind and responds to all questions with patience. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Communication with the host was excellent, very supportive. Location is really good. All restaurants and stores really close.

An apartment with an excellent location, situated almost directly by the marina. The area can be a bit noisy, but the apartment is well insulated, and no noise can be heard when the windows are closed. The beach is close, just a comfortable 10-minute walk at most. Restaurants are also nearby. There’s a small shop, a 24/7 convenience store, and a 24/7 restaurant very close by. The DMCC metro station is a 6-minute walk away. The host, Walid, is very helpful and an excellent host. He responded immediately at any time of day on any platform I contacted him through and resolved all our issues.
