I had an excellent experience with the hotel reception, particularly with a staff member named Dexter. He was exceptionally professional, supportive, and attentive throughout our stay. He efficiently handled our complaints, assisted with payment matters, and went out of his way to help us arrange transportation to the airport. His outstanding service truly enhanced our overall experience.

I loved the services, the staff were so humble and ready to help, the breakfast was wonderful l aslo had food at the restaurant and it was wonderful. Although the bathroom need a bit of renovation, a part from that everything was fine. If your in Dubai and looking for a budget friendly hotel to stay this is the place to stay.

“They made a mistake on my reservation, I booked for breakfast but they didn't include it”
Check in was not good, taken so long, also waiting so long to open the parking area to park my car. Smoking smell inside the room, and two single bed instead of queen, all of my reservation was wrong

“A disappointing stay despite the hotel’s great location and appearance.”
I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. On the first day, there was no hot water in the room. We were exhausted and desperately needed a shower, but this was not possible, which was very frustrating. On the second night, the noise level was extremely high. I could clearly hear the guest in the next room throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. That said, the hotel itself is beautiful and well-located — close to restaurants, shops, and the metro, which is very convenient.

When we arrive the room wasnt ready and told us it will be ready on 2:30 , at 3 they preper only one room . Also they told us there is no booking for you we already paid the hole amount not only book.
