When I made the booking, the facilities list said Private pool, but the host never told us where the pool was located. We booked for 8 days and they only provided one roll of toilet paper. One day, the fire alarm went off at 4 a.m. and we didn’t know what to do; we were on the 26th floor. We wrote to the host, but they did not respond in time. The location was not very convenient for transportation, and there was always heavy traffic on the street where the building entrance is. The host was not very friendly. I left my backpack with my laptop at the reception when I done the checked out. I wrote to the host asking for help to call reception, but they did not help me contact reception to check if my backpack was there. Positive things: the bed was very comfortable.

These are the best apartments we have stayed in in Dubai, every time we come, we stay there. Service is top notch. Very friendly owner who will help you with any question. The cleanliness of the apartment is just super. And the view from the balcony is incredible.
