Double charge for final cleaning Severe lack of cleanliness and maintenance – The apartment was in an appalling state upon arrival Misleading listing – The apartment was advertised as having air conditioning, but it was only available in one bedroom, making the stay extremely uncomfortable for my family during hot weather. Stay away!

“Great value and very spaci”
Spacious , has a washing machine which is a bonus, beds comfortable, blackout curtains makes it nice and cozy, beautiful woodland setting out the back. Shower is nice and powerful.

“Great location and space, let down by tired decor”
Quiet, pretty location looking out into the woods. Great space for our family of 4. We stayed here for Efteling and it was easy to reach by car.

“Great location, idyllic scenery”
The location is perfect. The hotel is situated to the national park and it is quite and very green. It has wonderful walking and cycling paths. It also has a river nearby that you can have your picnic or just walk and relax. The scenery is wonderful. It is not far from the town Drunen. You can go on foot in less than 15min. The hotel has also a nice restaurant with reasonable prices and very helpful personnel. The host is very kind and helpful.

“A Pleasant Surprise and Amazing Stay!”
The forest area right outside our back door was an immense surprise. The location was just beautiful and absolutely perfect for us. We also enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it was.

Lovely place to stay with children. They especially liked the mini-Efteling house. Good location also for long walks in the woods. We appreciated the quiet environment. Nice to wake up with the birds singing. And easy to be close to the Efteling.
