We stayed here a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. The place is beautiful, and the house was perfect - everything was thoughtfully set up, and we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Honestly, I didn’t expect such a stunning home, and I can’t fault anything. I only wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the cosy atmosphere even more. We loved everything about this place - absolutely a hidden gem - and would highly recommend it to any of our friends. Thank you!!!

From the beautiful bedroom to the spacious kitchen/living area, to the gorgeous patio, garden & exclusive outdoor bathtub, we were delighted at the inviting, coastal atmosphere. 5 ⭐️ for cleanliness and loved their local food recommendations! The hosts were very responsive, kindly allowing us to check in early which we greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again soon!

Absolutely everything about this beautiful home has been thoughtfully & creatively put together for guests to feel ‘At home’ while they are away. Beyond anything we could have expected.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Patricia and Irvine’s lovely property on the Mornington Peninsula. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how beautifully decorated and immaculately clean everything was. The décor has a relaxed seaside charm, soft coastal colours, crisp linens, and thoughtful touches everywhere. It truly made us feel like we were by the sea. The house felt fresh, spacious, and welcoming, with every detail handled with care. We especially appreciated the little touches we don’t often find in other accommodations: the stylish décor, the lovely outdoor spot, and the sense of quiet luxury that still felt comfortable and homey. Our favourite part? The pillow menu! It was such a fun and indulgent detail, and it made a tangible difference to how relaxed we all felt by the end of the evening. It’s the kind of extra that elevates an already great place into something memorable. After our stay, we realised we might have left an item behind. Patricia and Irvine immediately jumped into action, checking the property, ensuring they would help locate the item and if found posted back to us. Their kindness and responsiveness really stood out and made the experience even more special.
