“Disappointing experience – definitely not recommended”
Our experience in this apartment was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were immediately confronted with an overwhelming smell of mold, which increased our concerns about the hygiene and general condition of the accommodation. It was clear that no attention had been paid to the maintenance of the apartment, which is unacceptable in these circumstances. In addition, the layout of the apartment was impractical and inconvenient. To access the toilet, we had to walk through another bedroom, which was not only uncomfortable but also caused serious privacy issues. After a few days, we decided to end our stay early, given the untenable conditions. We asked for a refund, but to our great disappointment, this request was denied, despite the fact that the situation was far from what we had expected or paid for. Given the poor hygiene, impractical layout and lack of customer service, we unfortunately cannot recommend this apartment. We will definitely consider other options in the future.
