We had a gat stay at the studio! There is all needed to make dinner which was very appreciated for us to relax after a busy day in Paris. We could enjoy the breakfast outside after buying a fresh croissant at the bakery nearby. The studio is very quiet and comfortable so we could have a good rest and do some office work inside with the good wifi connection. The self checkin and checkout were very easy. Great to have no keys to take with us.

Lovely modern flat, easy access through codes, nice balcony to dry laundry, washing machine and other appliances provided were all nice and modern.

Toilet flush stopped working on third day. Heated towel rack not working. Shower drain needs unclogging. We were supposed to have access at 1 pm on day of arrival. But didn’t get it until 2 pm. This was after making calls back to Booking.com 1-800 number in North America and staying on hold for over half a hour while they tried to reach their French counterparts. Stood around outside for hour with no where to go. There should be someone to meet your guests and walk them through and answer any questions if they have. We were provided codes to gain access to the property via email. Everything was in French! We don’t speak french! Try providing your customers with a local contact number they can call next time. Beyond that, the the bachelor apartment was good value for what it provides.

“Cozy well equipped studio”

1) Nice cozy studio. The stay was very comfortable. Very clean, new and well maintained studio. Perfect for a couple. 2) Superb & well equipped kitchen with basic ingredients like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, etc. The apartment was equipped with all the necessities and in addition to some home automation systems (security codes, etc.). They have paid attention to tiny details. 3) You have a supermarket opposite of the building. There are also other supermarkets & restaurants nearby.

The accommodation was clean and tidy, the host welcomed us and showed us everything related to the apartment. We were only missing slippers, but that wasn't a big problem. It is probably 50 minutes to an hour from the center of Paris, but it is well connected to T1 and the metro, in principle it seems to be much closer. I hope we didn't leave a big mess, we had an early flight. Until next time.
