The hotel is positioned below what many would typically expect from a four-star property, though it does have some clear strengths, particularly its convenient location and the quality of the breakfast. The room itself was quite compact, with a narrow bed that may feel tight for two adults, as well as small, very soft pillows and a single blanket. The ventilation system could not be switched off, which occasionally made the room feel a bit cool in the morning. Some in-room amenities such as a kettle, complimentary soft drinks, an iron, and ironing board were not provided. The bathroom was also on the smaller side, with a fixed shower head and no heated floor. A few commonly expected items, such as a bath mat, tissues (which were not consistently replenished), and a shoehorn, were not available. Overall, while the room was functional and the stay manageable, the accommodation feels somewhat dated and could benefit from refurbishment and updates to better align with a four-star standard.
