“Great location for exploring the lake, and nice if you want to get away from the crowds!”
Beautiful location and the private beach was amazing for breakfast on the pontoon and a swim at the end of the day. Nice to be away from the crowds in Annecy!!

“Great location and warm welcome!”
Being so close to the lake and a warm welcome by the host was amazing. The accommodation was very nicely presented and people in the same building were welcoming. We enjoyed our very brief stop over and would spend more time there again!

“Thankfully only a 1 night stay but totally over priced”
The photos of this property makes it look quite special, however upon arrival if felt like a hostel apartment. Very dated and small. Not worth the money charged at all in fact I wouldn’t pay half what they charge. Bath plug broken, water tepid, coffee machine broken. Minimal kitchen equipment only suite for two really. Pillows were more like sheets of paper (glad we brought our own.) we booked property mainly for private lake area but again this was run down and needed tidying up. There are over places in Annecy for half the price so we wouldn’t return
