The host did not send the required link in advance, so nothing was ready when I arrived. There was zero communication beforehand. When I tried to check in, I had to wait outside because they wouldn’t let me in without the link. I asked to enter and sort things out, and only after insisting was I allowed in. I asked for help, and they said the host should have sent me the link. I found this extremely disrespectful. I was with my daughter and granddaughter, and they were told they couldn’t enter without being registered and approved by the host. I tried calling him, but he didn’t answer. I eventually got in touch, and he authorized their entry, but there were always issues whenever my daughter tried to enter. My granddaughter didn’t even come back because of all the trouble. I was really unhappy with the service. As for the apartment, it was very good and clean, but the noise was terrible — there was a loud bar nearby that kept us up until 4 a.m. Because of these issues, I would not stay there again.
