Set in park land in Doudeauville, Domaine de la Course is a historic building dating from 1781 built by an officer of King Louis XVI and once belonging to the Givenchy family and the Chirac family. Boulogne-sur-Mer is 23 km away. All bedrooms have a garden view and a private bathroom at this bed and breakfast. Domaine de la Course also features an indoor hot tub. “Perfect! A relaxing break in a beautiful chateau, hosted by a charming and friendly chatelaine.”
The Chateau is a magnificent building and the grounds are spacious and immaculate with a beautiful swimming pool and indoor jacuzzi. Catherine couldn't have done more to make our stay extremely enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable about the area and is happy to share her suggestions for visits and restaurants. We were particularly grateful to her that she allowed us to practice our French, though she has more than adequate English if required. She is a stickler for detail and that showed in every aspect - from the design of all the rooms, to the cleanliness of the housekeeping, to the preparation of the excellent breakfast - each day with an added surprise!

This is the second time we have stayed here on our way home, it is just beautiful. Unfortunately this time the weather let us down, so we didnt get to enjoy the garden and pool. Would highly recommend.

A stunning chateau set in the heart of the French countryside. A very welcoming host, huge bedrooms and bathrooms, all spotlessly clean. The pool area was peaceful and a great sun trap! The breakfasts were brilliant with a huge selection of classic French options!

“Delightful”
We have just returned from a two night stay here. The house and grounds are magnificent and our bedroom was so comfortable in every aspect. Caterina our hostess has an eye for detail...so much thought has gone into providing an exceptional experience for guests during their stay. There is a swimming pool and robes and towels are provided. Breakfast was superb and taken outside in the beautiful landscaped gardens. The village of Doudeauville is very pretty and there are several restaurants within about 10-15mins drive. This is definitely somewhere we would return to and recommend. Splendid!

Loved this place, relaxing and beautiful, the hosts are lovely and really helpful. We switched off for 2 days and would definitely come back. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, lovely room, great breakfast and peace & quiet. Ideal if you want to just relax and take the car to nearby towns.
