“Bad”
The manager of European descent had the nerve to say that my driver and his assistant did not look like clients of the hotel when in fact I had reserved a double room for them, which also included the breakfast. Also, the lady at the restaurant inquired about our breakfast option until I showed her that I had booked two double rooms for 4 people. Not professional from botton up. I will not book a room in this hotel again.

“OK for one night if you get a price deal. Not for longer stays”
personnel were extremely kind and polite, They were all helpful. Internet works perfectly. Food at restaurant was very good, selection slightly limited though, perhaps they could add more fish or giant prawns (gambas) which are typical of Douala
