“A difficult stay, made easier by the vigilant staff”
Staff went out of their way under difficult conditions. There had been riots within the city before our arrival. Staff were very helpful. I take my hat off for the staff's resilience and they were they conducted themselves during this period. Thank you guys!

“Awesome”
Distance from the airport was quite short, about 5 minutes . Hotel offers free pick up from the airport. Even though my flight was delayed, the driver stayed and waited till I arrived.

“My stay in Douala”
Room was very nice. Hotel is located about 5 minutes from the airport and a few minutes from Douala Grand Mall. Staff were friendly in general and Angela was very helpful. Most staff speak both English and French.

hotel with high prices but poor services and quality. so it's a no! no wifi. no possibility to pay with card. they changed our restaurant menu bill with different prices. late shuttle. room ok but no hot water. expired welcome chocolate.soaps already opened. slow and annoyed staff with every question. It seems like I'm disturbing them but in reality they are at work! We are very disappointed also considering the high price of the hotel

Good value for the price, the location is like 5 mins from the airport and easily accessible by cars or motor bike. Professional staff and the room was well cleaned and comfy.

Comfy bed, couches and pillows, Bed linen was very good Overall, room was available by 5am arrival and shuttle waiting at airport, plus late time receptionist were perfect, very friendly and warm welcome 🙏
